• Free delivery: Orders over £100
• Payment must be made in full at checkout using approved payment methods via Shopify Payments or third-party providers.

Orders are only accepted once payment is received and confirmed.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders due to:

• Suspected fraud
• Incorrect pricing or stock errors
• Incomplete or inaccurate information

If an order is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.

Orders selected for Click & Collect must be collected within the specified timeframe.
