Delivery Rates (UK)
Standard Delivery (3–5 working days): £4.99
FREE Delivery on orders over £100
Minimum order value: £50
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri), excluding bank holidays.
Orders placed after 2pm are processed the next business day.
Tracked Delivery
All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 48 / Tracked 24 (service used depends on your selection at checkout).
You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order has been shipped.
Delivery Details
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We can’t be responsible for parcels delivered to an address provided incorrectly.
Failed Deliveries
If Royal Mail is unable to deliver your parcel, it may be returned to us. Redelivery fees may apply.
Returns Policy (Hygiene & Safety)
Due to the nature of fragrance products, we can only accept returns in specific circumstances.
Return Window
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
Eligible for Return
- Unopened items in original sealed packaging
- Incorrect item sent (our error)
- Damaged in transit (report within 48 hours with photos)
- Manufacturing defect (e.g., faulty atomiser, leak with seal intact)
Not Eligible for Return
- Opened or used products (hygiene reasons)
- Broken/removed seals
- Missing original packaging
- Change of mind after opening
- “Not what I expected” once opened
- Sale/promo items (unless faulty)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect:
- Email us within 48 hours at rumelmiahperfumeandchai@gmail.com
- Include your order number and clear photos of: the item, the packaging, and any visible damage
- Do not open the product if it appears damaged.
We’ll confirm next steps and, where applicable, arrange return instructions or a replacement.
Manufacturing Defects
Covered examples:
- Faulty spray mechanism
- Leaking bottle where seal is intact
- Product contamination (e.g. unusual sediment/discolouration)
Not covered:
- Natural settlement in oils
- Minor colour variation (natural ingredients vary)
- Scent preference / personal taste
How to Start a Return

- Order number
- Product name + size
- Reason for return
- Photos (if damaged/faulty)
We reply within 24–48 hours with return approval and instructions.
Refunds
Returns are inspected within 3 business days of arrival.
Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was our error.
Refund Outcomes
- Full refund: unopened + sealed / wrong item / confirmed defect
- Partial refund: packaging significantly damaged or missing components (case-by-case)
- No refund: opened/used items without confirmed defect, or returns outside the policy window

To protect customers and product hygiene, returned items may be checked for:
- Seal integrity / signs of opening
- Packaging condition
- Product condition matching the order
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct online exchanges. Please return eligible items for a refund and place a new order.
In-store exchanges may be possible depending on condition and inspection.
